Glyph for U+08E3 TURNED DAMMA BELOW in http://www.unicode.org/L2/L2013/13182-n4482.pdf (Draft additional repertoire Amendment 1 to ISO/IEC 10646:2014, 4th edition), is too small. The glyph is perhaps based on U+0619 ARABIC SMALL DAMMA, while it should be based on the glyph for U+064F ARABIC DAMMA.
