Apropos, the discussion of these in the running text of the core spec are uneven in the clarity in which they describe when a subtended run terminates. Should be addressed as part of the editing for this PRI. I can also not locate any description of what U+0604 intends to accomplish and what terminates the formatting run for it. U+0605 seems equally not discussed (at least in the Unicode 7.0 section linked from the PRI background document) Termination of formatting runs for these is separate from normal segmentation rules, because even for "grapheme-clusters" one probably doesn't want to go so far as to count the entire number or abbreviation, because grapheme clusters are used in editing, and unlike combining marks one would definitely want to be able to edit the number inside the cluster. While addressing this issue, there's a single code point that similarly affects formatting of numbers, but is placed in an infix position. This is U+2044 FRACTION SLASH. It would be useful to make sure that its specification is reviewed and made parallel (as far as possible) to the others. A property "Infix_Concatenation_Mark" would be suitably parallel. On the narrow question of creating the boolean property with the name proposed I have no objections and think it's good to add.
