1. Meeting logistics:

  • The meeting will be held in the Singapore conference room, in building 1.
  • Check in with the receptionist in building 1 and get your visitor's badge. Someone will come to escort you to the meeting room which is located right next to the reception area.
  •  There should be Internet access, including VPN. Both wired and wireless will be supported.
  • Monday, Feb 4  will be exclusively dedicated for the meeting of the South East Asian Subcommittee on Indian topics.

3. Driving Directions:

     From San Francisco - or San Francisco airport

  • 101 South
  • 85 South towards Cupertino
  • Just past Homestead exit watch for merge with 280
  • 280 South - get into right hand lane
  • De Anza Blvd exit - get into second lane from right
  • Right onto De Anza Blvd - stay in left hand lane
  • Immediate Left onto Mariani - stop light
  • Left onto Infinite loop

  • Proceed to building number 1. No parking permit is required.

    From San Jose  

  • 280 North
  • Take Cupertino Exit (De Anza Blvd)
  • Left onto De Anza Blvd
  • Cross freeway, get into left lane
  • Left onto Mariani
  • Left onto Infinite loop

  • Proceed to building number 1. No parking permit is required.

    From San Jose airport

  • Right onto 880 (towards Santa Cruz)
  • Right onto 280
  • Take Cupertino Exit (De Anza Blvd)
  • Left onto De Anza Blvd
  • Cross freeway, get into left lane
  • Left onto Mariani - Left onto Infinite loop

  • Proceed to building number 1. No parking permit is required.

The Cypress Hotel & Hilton Garden Inn are nicer, but the Cupertino Inn is within walking distance. Participants should use their corporate travel department or favorite travel web site for other alternatives.
