1. Meeting Schedule

• July 29: 10:30am to 5:30pm
• July 30: 9:30am to 5:30pm

2. Meeting Logistics

• The meeting will be held in Building 86, room 2819. (See the link below to a map.)
• Any parking spots in front of Building 86 (facing NE 51st St.) are available to visitors as long as they are not marked Carpool, Service, etc. There are also visitor spots along 154th Pl. NE (the road that goes along the west side of buildings 84, 85 and 86).
• Go to reception at the front entrance of Building 86 (the north side, facing NE 51st St.). If you have parked closer to the front entrance of Building 85, you can also go to reception there.
• The emergency contact number for the Microsoft Main Campus is 425-706-0000 and the contact person for this meeting is Kaitlin Thompson at 425-706-3556.
• Internet access will be available for everyone.

3. Driving Directions

Driving instructions to Microsoft from SeaTac International Airport via Interstate 405:

• Depart from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, WA
• Take ramp for WA-518 East toward Seattle/Tacoma
• Keep straight onto I-405 North
• At exit 14, take ramp right for WA-520 East toward Redmond
• Take ramp right and follow signs for NE 51st St
• Turn right onto NE 51st St
• Take the first right onto 154th Pl NE; then bear left to the parking in front of Building 86
• If you have reached the intersection with 156th Ave NE, turn right onto 156th Ave NE, then turn right at the first traffic light onto NE 45th St., then turn right on 154th Pl NE.
