Steve: This is the model for UTC document numbering from now on: UTC # (ccyy-mm-dd/ccyy-mm-dd) - Example: UTC #68 (1996-03-08) - 5 This is the number of the UTC meeting at which this document was distributed. (ccyy-mm-dd/ccyy-mm-dd) This is the date of the UTC meeting identified by "". It is defined as "(ccyy-mm-dd/ccyy-mm-dd)" to allow for the case where a UTC meeting is scheduled for more than one day. Normally, "/ccyy-mm-dd" will not apply. Include the full year. Zero pad months and days that are one digit long. The example shows a one day UTC. For each UTC, start with "1". Do *not* zero-pad the running number. You might like to arrange things so that regularly-appearing documents always get the same running number, e.g., 1 = Agenda for this meeting 2 = Minutes from immediately preceding UTC -- Joan p.s. I will use this number for the agenda of UTC #68: UTC #68 (1996-03-08) - 1
