You might be interested in one thing the Lloyd Anderson did
in Seoul but I did not want to make it part of the letter.

While at Seoul (I believe), Lloyd called someone in the U.K.
to talk about the Indic script.  Based on this conversation,
during one of the breaks, Lloyd told the U.K. delegate at the
Seoul meeting that he (Lloyd) was the U.K. representative on
Indic and not the U.K. delegate.  Needless to say, the U.K.
delegate was unhappy.  Thus, Lloyd Anderson is very aware of
others' failings but cannot see his own!
