We use this to track proposals as they come in. Please make sure that you post _all_ proposals to that alias. This is similar to the errata@unicode.org alias that we have had in place for a while for the purpose of formally submitting corrections to the published standard or Unicode Technical Reports. Posting to these aliases is _required_ in order to treat a proposal or bug-report as officially submitted. You are of course free to copy it to this list at the same time.
