Dear Lloyd,

I am following up your addition of Ric Buhler as Novell's alternate 
representative.

The UTC procedures say that changes to member representaives have to be
in writing.  If you gave Julia only verbal instructions, could you follow
up with a written record please and cc me.

I'm not being bureaucratic, but I do want to make sure there can't be any
rules-based questioning of Novell's right to vote.

Thanks for taking care to ensure continuity if it happens that changes at 
Novell mean you can no longer come to UTC meetings.  If that happens, we'll
definitely miss you!
