Divani Apollon Palace Hotel is located on the beach of the cosmopolitan Kavouri Bay, near Athens (18 Km) and not far from the International Airport (about 10 Km) and from the Olympic Airways airport (about 8 Km). Delegates are personally responsible for all financial obligations arising from reservations made on their behalf.

SOCIAL EVENTS

1. Delegates and accompanying persons will be invited for dinner offered by the Greek National Body, ELOT, on Thursday, 21September 2000.

2. Delegates and accompanying persons will be invited for a two days excursion to the Santorini island offered by the Greek National Body, ELOT, on 23 and 24 September 2000.

VISAS, VACCINATIONS, CLIMATE

Delegates outside the EU countries are requested to enquire from their local travel agency concerning details of visa and vaccination requirements.

In late September to October, the average temperature in Athens is 28 - 32 ^oC and in Santorini island is 24 - 28 ^oC. That time the seawater temperature is suitable for swimming.

All normal facilities for copying and printing documents will be available at the meeting place.
