Introductory note: 
The project subdivision letter ballot was conducted as SC 2 N 3449 and its summary of voting is contained in SC 2 N 3468. The JTC 1's endorsement of this subproject is contained in JTC 1 N 6372. PDAM letter ballot was conducted as SC 2 N 3503 and its summary of voting is contained in SC 2 N 3514. The ballot resolution was held during the 40th WG 2 meeting. The disposition of comments report has been circulated as SC 2 N 3526. In accordance with Resolution M40.4 of the 40th SC 2/WG 2 meeting, this document is circulated to the SC 2 members for FPDAM letter ballot.
