I have seen this and am fine with this in principle. However,
I believe it should be sent back for Everson to put in the correct
joining classes and character properties into his proposal. In other
words, the editorial committee should be able to take the information
from his proposal and simply update the Syriac part of the book
(Section 8.3). Some of the letters proposed are dual-joining and
others are right-joining. The proposal should illustrate the
presentation forms of the characters to make sure people know how
these should look.
    
Some questions... What Syriac type styles are these letters used with?
Estrangela, Eastern, Serto? Are any of the characters ever used in a
ligated form?
