INFITT WG02 Liaison report for June 2004

Following is a summary of activities in INFITT WG02.
The working group has completed or hopes to complete most of these
items and submit them to Unicode Consortium during this year,
subject to the approval of INFITT's EC (Executive Committee).

1. New proposal for TAMIL SYMBOL OM at U+0BD0 (under discussion).
2. Tamil translation of "What is Unicode?" document.
3. Default collation sequence for Tamil.
4. Annotations for Tamil Grantha characters (U+0B9C, U+0BB6 to U+0BB9).
5. TechNote for conversion from TSCII to Unicode submitted to UTC.
6. TechNote for conversion from TAM/TAB to Unicode being prepared.
