This might be useful for discussion of L2/04-366 at the UTC meeting -

I asked unicore on oct26 and don't remember a reply:

Question:

The document states "The glyph arrangement changed when a switch was made from a DPRK-submitted ad-hoc font, to a more manageable font containing a larger glyph collection."

It is not clear to me whether the glyphs actually changed in the process of font coalescing.

Did the character names and the glyphs match in the original proposal, considering the ad-hoc font?
