[102-C1] Consensus: Use the block and long script name "NKo" (without apostrophe) as the name for N'Ko.
[102-C2] Consensus: Advance proposed draft UAX #15 Unicode Normalization Forms to approved UAX #15 Unicode Normalization Forms for publication in Unicode 4.1.0, as in L2/05-042.
[102-C3] Consensus: Produce a Corrigendum #5 with the text update to UAX #15 given in L2/05-011. The corrigendum can be applied to any version of Unicode from 3.0.0 through 4.0.1.
[102-C4] Consensus: Approve UAX #29 L2/05-044 as part of Unicode 4.1.0.
[102-C5] Consensus: Make linebreak changes documented in L2/05-062R with two exceptions:
1. Linebreak category for U+05C6 becomes EX, and
2. General category of U+1360 becomes So.
[102-C6] Consensus: Change linebreak of U+16EB, U+16EC and U+16ED from AL to BA.

[102-C19] Consensus: Accept the updates to linebreak and general category recommended in L2/05-062R, in Unicode 4.1.0.
[102-C20] Consensus: Authorize the editorial committee to produce new public drafts of UTR #36 between UTC meetings.
[102-C21] Consensus: Propose to update the text in UAX #31 section 2 as follows: 1. Remove "Cf" from ID_Continue explanation. 2. Say that implementations can ignore "Cf" characters, but point out that it has possible stability and confusion problems. 3. Include certain "Cf" chars in examples of possible additions (e.g. ZWJ and ZWNJ for Indic). 4. Remove comments in Derived Core Properties and point at UAX #31.
[102-C22] Consensus: Accept the inclusion of kAdobe_J_1_6 data as a provisional field in Unicode 4.1.0.
[102-C23] Consensus: Remove the space character from "X" in Rule 7B of UAX #14 and add a note about the other characters that are excluded by virtue of previous rules.
[102-C24] Consensus: Adopt the changes in Linebreak.txt in accordance with the recommendations in L2/05-073 section "Proposed Line Break Classes" as amended in discussion.
[102-C25] Consensus: Advance PUAX #14 to UAX #14 for Unicode 4.1.0.
[102-C26] Consensus: Advance working draft PDUTS #37 to Proposed Draft UTS #37, as modified in discussion with comments.
[102-C27] Consensus: With regard to comments by Kent Karlsson in the Unicode 4.1.0 beta review, document L2/05-046 about "Scripts", the UTC re-affirms that the Arabic-indic digits are used with multiple scripts; notes that a change for Roman numerals would need further investigation; and that the letterlike characters are properly common like the other mathematical characters.
[102-C28] Consensus: Change combining classes of 065D and 065E to "230" in Unicode 4.1.0.
[102-C29] Consensus: Advance proposed draft UAX #34 to UAX #34 after incorporating feedback received in the meeting, for Unicode 4.1.0.
