Case-Folding Stability

Applicable Version: Unicode 5.0+

Case folding of characters is stable, when compatibility decomposable
characters are excluded.

More formally, suppose that a string S only contains characters that
are assigned in Unicode version A, and that S contains no compatibility
decomposable characters. Let T be the case-folded version of S according
to version A. Then T will also be the case-folded version of S according
to any later version of Unicode.
