[107-C1] Consensus: Advance PU UAX #29 to version 5.0.
[107-C2] Consensus: Create a new UAX to contain all of the common references in the UAXes as part of the publication process for Unicode 5.0.
[107-C3] Consensus: Advance PU UAX #31 to UAX #31 for Unicode 5.0.
[107-C4] Consensus: Define a format for use in streaming protocols that modifies text, called Stream-safe Text Format. It is guaranteed to have no more than 30 non-starters in a row if transformed to NFD.
[107-C5] Consensus: Petition the officers to add the two stability policies A and B of document L2/06-103 to "Property Value Stability", after review by the editorial committee.
[107-C6] Consensus: Advance PU UAX #15 to UAX #15 for Unicode 5.0.
