I'm not so sure about including the following entry:

0BFA ; TAMIL NUMBER SIGN ; So

... under the newly proposed category "Number_Other". I do not know about the
Myanmar or Tai Lue characters but the remaining i.e. Malayalam and Tamil
characters proposed for this category *do* have actual numerical value whereas
0BFA is just the Tamil equivalent of U+2116 № and has no numerical value. A
clear and meaningful definition of what is to be included in this category is
needed before this character may be included in this category.

Note that there are many more symbols recently proposed for Tamil by L2/17-069
and accepted. In this document §2, I have clearly provided categories of the
characters but under §2.7 there is an "Other" category that doesn't clearly fit
into any of the rest.

It is quite possible that such unclassified characters will exist and I submit
that no attempt should be made to force them into any of the other categories.
