Fix missing annotations

Description

v33.1 is missing some annotations for CLDR locales:

  • The 3 subdivision flags (England, Scotland, Wales): Assamese, Bosnian, Burmese, Cantonese, Irish, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Macedonian, Odia, Punjabi, Swahili (1), Uzbek, Welsh. Should be handled in v34 by ticket:10252
  • A few others: Cantonese (1), Odia (3), Zulu (7). Will need PM involvement to fix these three.

FYI: five of the locales intentionally didn't have data gathered at a modern level:

  • Faroese, Pashto, Sindhi, Turkmen, Tongan

We may also want to use this to ensure that Swahili (sw) has a valid name for GB (that does not conflict with the name for gbeng).

Replying to pedberg:

Agreed.

  • Status changed from accepted to closed
  • Xref set to 10252
  • Resolution set to duplicate

I introduced a fix so that annotations can be done in the ST (for the 3) under ticket:10252, so they will show up as missing. Closing this as duplicate.
