Shawn Xu

Shawn works at Netflix as a Staff I18N Program Manager. She has over 15 years of experience in the fields of internationalization and localization. Shawn was a key member during Netflix’s global launch in January 2016 and has led many high-impact projects supporting Netflix’s mission of entertaining the world. Prior to joining Netflix, she led I18N initiatives at PayPal and Informatica. An engineer at heart, Shawn enjoys developing creative solutions for challenging globalization issues.
