   Rapporteur Group will hold its 10th meeting in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam,
   on 15-19 December 1997.

for IRG#10 in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.


Delegates attending the IRG#10 meeting in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam are 
kindly requested to fill the following form for visa procedure:

This form must be sent to the organizer before 15/11/1997. You will receive
your visa after the organizer complete visa procedure and send messages to 
the Vietnamese embassies or representatives where you collect them. 
In general, this work will be done during 2 week after receiving the form 
and the organizer finishes internal procedures.
