This is to confirm you that, under approval
of our Government's
principal official, Macao will hold the 19th
Meeting. This way, we'd
like to have your clarification about some
matter:
1. We prefer to hold it
between 13 to 17 of May of 2002. Is
it suitable for you
all?
2. Besides this e-mail
confirmation, should we send another
paper version of confirmation letter to
you?
By the way, we will also form a delegation
of 5 peoples, to
participation in the 18th meeting in Tokyo, in 3 to 7 of
December
this year.

respresantatives to confirm our
participation?
