Finding some UNICODE conversions...

     I am looking for some code to perform the following conversions:
     
     UNICODE -> Shift-JIS
     Shift-JIS -> UNICODE
     UNICODE -> EUC
     EUC -> UNICODE
     
     Is this code made available via the UNICODE consortium? If not, can
     you point me in the right direction where I may find such code, or any
     information that I may be able to use to write my own conversions?
     
     Any help would be greatly appreciated.
