Re-assignment of Hangul - continued

Thanks to Mark Davis and Asmus Freytag for replying to my questions
about re-assignment of Hangul characters. I had deduced that the
information in the unicode.org file hangul-codes.txt could be
combined with that in the MappingTables file KSC5601 to generate
a list of names of all 11172 hangul syllables in the AC00-> range
(knowing that they are regularly formed, and discovering that
the 2350 characters in KSC5601 do indeed provide examples of
all lead consonants, vowels and trail consonants).

The table below shows the names that can be assigned to the
19 lead consonants, 21 vowels, and 28 trail consonants (or
consonant-pairs). Form the full name by prepending 'HANGUL SYLLABLE'.

However, I found one anomaly.
The table in hangul-codes.txt at line 5283 has:

5283 0xABB5 0xBBE5 0xBBE5 U+C0A3

This says that byte-pair 0xBBE5 from KSC5601-1987 maps to
C0A3 in Unicode 2.0. I calculate (and Asmus's algorithm
confirms this), that:

U+C0A3 = HANGUL SYLLABLE SSANGPIEUP I SIOS

The KSC5601 table on unicode.org has the line:

0x3B65 0x384E # HANGUL SYLLABLE SSANGPIEUP I SSANGSIOS

Note that 0x3B65 + 0x8080 = 0xBBE5. And Unicode 1.1 indeed says:

U+384E = HANGUL SYLLABLE SSANGPIEUP I SSANGSIOS

Either the KSC5601 map is wrong, or the Unicode 1.1 description.
The glyphs for SSANGSIOS and SIOS are similar. When I look
at xBBE5 through UnionWay's KSC font, it looks like it has SIOS not
SSANGSIOS. My guess therefore is that the Unicode 1.1 description
is wrong on this one.

Anyone have any idea what the correct answer is?
