A problem occurred within IBMMAIL on Sunday 3/10/96 that caused some
mail to not be delivered. Our research identified that your ID
sent mail through IBMMAIL at 04:41:23 addressed to:

                  IBMMAIL(USFMDJYC)

We are therefore requesting that you retransmit this item.

A Root Cause Analysis of this problem was sent to all IBMMAIL Service
Administrators on 3/12/96. This problem has been corrected and steps
are being implemented to prevent it in the future.

IBMMAIL(USIBMIMX).
