Please allow me to point out that the HTML document

http://www.indigo.ie/egt/standards/iso10646/bmp-roadmap.html

is not an official SC2/WG2 document. It is an unofficial HTML version, with
some revisions, of my document SC2/WG2 N1370, which has not yet been
distributed as a WG2 document. I apologize to members of WG2 for the
procedural error on my part; I should not have called the document
"N1370R".
