Information on new unihan characters?

Is there any way to find out exactly what new characters are being
considered for the (admittedly provisional) new block of unified han
characters? Something like the unihan.txt in the version 2.0 CD-ROM?

BTW: The copy of unihan.txt on my CD-ROM was truncated and only
included about 3/4 of the characters! :-(
