Y diaeresis (HTML - i18n / NCR & charsets)

Sorry to take issue with the experts on TYPO-L, but Y diaeresis is certainly a
character. I saw one a few wks ago in Slovenia (in an inscripton at Kapela
sv. Marije, on the lake island at Bled) & brought home a photo of it as
evidence!:-)
