Rubbish - it cannot be REUSED - see my previous email where I give two
situations where it exists.
Sorry - I missed the smile :-) above - but you weren't totally tongue in
cheek about re-use, were you, Peter?
I was tongue-in-cheek about reuse, but not about its lack of utility
when there were far more pressing and important real characters needed
(such as Welsh w-circumflex).
