C++ class libraries for Unicode

I am looking for a C++ class library for Unicode string handling for
Solaris. Need code set conversion, and the usual string handling primitives
- length, isalpha etc. Regular expressions would be nice. I do not need any
display or font related routines.

I know of Zinc - what else is there ?
