Leaving aside the question of Macs, one group of people that would want
to use all four Han character sets (traditional Chinese, simplified
Chinese, Japanese and Korean) are the CJK cataloguers in large academic or
research libraries. These libraries often have collections including
books with titles in all four Han character sets, and ideally would like
to use and display them all. However, most of us have been limited by
the available technology to displaying only the romanised versions of
these titles.
