"Our charter here in ISO-3166-land is to register the names of
`countries', whatever those are, and we're already skating on
thin ice in a number of cases, like Taiwan and the French
overseas territories, and we're *not* going to get into registering
IGOs, but it would be stupid to allow any country to be
designated as `EU', because anybody reading that would think
of the European Union, so we'll say it's reserved."
