SC 2/WG 3 is in the process of revising the standard.
Note: According to the editor (Keld) characters in 6937 can be either
one or two code-positions (base character [1 position], or floating
diacritic followed by the base letter [2 code positions]). This differs
from other SC 2 standards that equate each "character" to one position
in a code table. Moreover, the repertoire is fixed so that only a
specified set of combinations are valid.
