Well, my understanding is that the last version of Frontier for free (5.0.1)
is still going to be available and used for free, and it has everything thing
in it that you need to do this. You won't have access to all the lasted
things that 5.1 and beyond do, but if its simply for ASCII -> Unicode it will
work for you.
