The character shown is used for the english vowel in add, etc. Graphically
it is composed out of VOWEL-A SECONDARY-LETTER-YA VOWEL-SIGN-AA. And is
not representable in Unicode as it stands now. An alternative to adding
a character (in the position corresponding to CANDRA E in Devanagari)
is to allow implementations to interpret the sequence
LETTER A, VIRAMA, LETTER YA, VOWEL SIGN AA as this letter. Simular
sequences occur in Oriya.
