I appreciate the recent responses to my query on UTF-8 HTML anchors (and special thanks to Herbert
for pleading my case to the list). Since I had removed all the Unicode files from my site due to
their non-functionality, I presently have no samples to offer. But I will try to get something set
up ASAP.

I will also check the information resources that have been suggested.
