This is untrue, obviously. It's a spam. Please do not reply,
either to the list or to the person.
I try to prevent spam, but some sneaks through. Please accept my
apologies, now, and in advance for whenever this happens.
If you're a resident of the USA, please write your local congress
person and recommend the immediate outlawing of spam mail.
