Knowing that many of you are eager to begin adding support for
Ethiopian languages to your software beyond simple page viewing;
I've put together a page of notes that could be used to build
locales:

This is the first version of the document and I would like to
take it further following feedback from readers and later (soon!)
put the locale issue before the Ethiopian Computer Standards
Association for standardization.
