1.) Do you tell us that (mi)tswot and (ma)tsot look the same?
2.) Do you tell us that the encoding of these totally different
word are the same (with the exception of the "i" and the "a" after
the first consonant)?

No, no, the word is Alef, Left Holam, furtive Patah, Het
And it's a left holam on the A (here and always the capital letter
has the holam)
