Of course, it varies from dictionary to dictionary, which is the point.
But, picking one off the shelf, the first six Chinese characters are:

4E00 yi1 'one'
4E01 ding1 'fourth celestial stem'
4E03 qi1 'seven'
4E08 zhang4 '10 feet measure'
4E09 san1 'three'
4E0A shang4 'up'

Yep, I think those would work for the next 6 hexadecimal digits.
Let's see now... 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 4 7 measure 3 up. :-)
