That's because most programming languages are
of formal class T3 or maybe T2, with well-behaved
fixed syntax and semantics. And T2 and T3
languages don't have idioms and irregular verbs.
Most natural languages are of class T0... with
complex, conflicting and slowing changing rules.
And some change faster than others: Like, dude,
Valley Girl American and Parisien French.
