Usually called Yezidi in English. It's also mentioned in Albertine Gaur,
History of Writing, where it's called a "secret script of the Yezidi, a
religious group in northern Iraq". I don't know who they are, but since
it's called "secret" I wonder if it wouldn't be prudent to wait for a
request to encode this one. There's room in Plane 1 for it anyway.
