I don't know of any, but "stdenc.txt" is the Adobe Standard Encoding, and
I'm sure someone must have BDF files somewhere that implement that encoding,
if not for the others.

I created those three mapping files many years ago, so you can direct
questions to me. Also, please read the "Readme.txt" in the Adobe directory,
which tells you how to contact Adobe and what these three files are.
