Level 1 is not sufficient for preparing an edition of something as mundane
and ubiquitous as the American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language.
Just so people don't think that Ken's statement doesn't apply to mainstream
North America.
Yes, I know most folks don't write dictionaries. But they do search them
online.
