First question: do you have a copy of the standard itself? If not, you
should first get one -- terms like LRM & RLM are defined in there. Also you
can find them in the character database on-line.
The example you cited should have no explicit embedding codes in it at all.
There will soon be two reference versions of the algorithm available
on-line, and they will also be published in Unicode 3.0.
