The next CSets on-line tables update has been done. The on-line versions
reflect the most recent versions which will appear in the next distribution.

This update removes the Korean mapping tables in favor of those at the Unicode
site, adds two Lao mappings (Mule Lao, and IBM CP1133), and fixes one
incorrect mapping in the Shift-GuoBiao table. Thanks go to Bruno Haible for
motivating all these changes.
In addition, I have started adding other encoding converters that might be
useful to some people at the bottom of the page.
In case you are wondering, the CSets distribution is intended to be a
supplement to the character set mapping tables already available at the
Unicode site.
