full name, by words, by hexadecimal number or by decimal number. In this
case, you could search for either:

"LATIN CAPITAL LETTER E WITH TILDE"
or
"LATIN SMALL LETTER E WITH TILDE"
and you would discover that they are present in the Latin Extended
Additional range. The page is at:
