It seems like I have been working on this for years. And my birthday is on
Sunday (2000-01-09), so I have a request to make of all of you.
Could you (all) have mercy on me and REFRAIN from making ANY comments
regarding the ZWL until Monday (2000-01-10)? That would let me have a break
from thinking about it. And that would be really nice. (And no, my avoiding
internet use over the weekend is not an option!)
Having said that, an 19-page paper on ZWL is now available. It will (after
posting) be available on the WG2 website, but at present it is at
http://www.egt.ie/standards/iso10646/pdf/n2147.pdf
I hope it helps answer a lot of the questions people have had about the use
of and need for the ZWL.
