A lot of this discussion is pointless. The fractions are
compatibility characters, no one is proposing adding
more fractions so why debate the merits of what was
done long ago...

Whenever we have this much mail we start to see lots of
unsubscribes. We are chasing away people that have a genuine
interest in Unicode related issues, and cannot tolerate
too much frivolous mail.

Just my 1/50 dollar.
