       <digit> + U+0305 COMBINING OVERLINE ?

OK, provided the overline in a font goes the full width of the
digit. For example, 7/22 = 0.2(692307) where the portion in
parenthesis is repeated and would normally be represented by
having a solid overline over that entire sequence of digits.
