The site Martin refers to says the OS requirements are, for Windows,
Japanese Windows 9x; and, for Mac, KanjiTalk 7.5 or above. This
limits the audience of the CD-ROM even more than the requirement of
being able to read the Japanese. If it is more flexible than that,
Martin, please let us know.

It also lists the price of the CD-ROM as 5000 yen.
